CAMP MENTOR & CREW DUTIES & EXPECTATIONS
Camp Mentors and Crew are an important part of keeping camp and our productions running smoothly. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting Campers: Supervising, encouraging, assisting, and helping campers throughout the day.
Production Support: Helping with set-up and strike, costumes, props, sets, painting, crafts, choreography, singing, and other production needs.
Camp Operations: Assisting with check-in/out, lunch, the beverage station, organization, cleanup, trash, errands, and wherever else help is needed.
Commitment: Be punctual, ready to work, follow instructions, and be willing to jump in where needed.
Hours: Camp runs 8:30 AM–4:00 PM daily. All assigned duties must be completed before leaving, which may occasionally require staying later. On show days, you are expected to remain until performances, strike, and assigned cleanup duties are complete.
Volunteer Position & Stipend: Camp Mentor and Crew positions are volunteer positions. Selected volunteers receive a stipend in recognition of their time and commitment, with details discussed upon selection.
These are hands-on positions, and everyone pitches in. Flexibility, teamwork, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help wherever needed are essential.
