2027 Camp Season

IMPORTANT DATES & TIMES FOR OUR 2026/2027 SEASON
These are MASSIVE shows! The dates and times listed below are part of camp, so please check them carefully before registering. Attendance is essential for all campers and especially important for those cast in principal roles. It’s a busy week, but it will be so worth it when you see your camper shine onstage!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL THEATRE CAMPS
CAST READ-THROUGH & SETUP: During the early cast read-through, we also set up the stage and bring the set, costumes, and props into the venue. We greatly appreciate having at least one parent stay to help with setup. Please leave small children at home during this time to help prevent injuries and allow us to get everything set up safely and efficiently.
FRIDAY CAMP EXTENSION: To ensure the best possible performance, we may extend camp by up to one hour on Friday if additional rehearsal time is needed. If we need the extra time, we will provide an additional snack and juice for all campers during the extended rehearsal.
AFTER THE FINAL SHOW: After the final curtain call, we strike the set, clean up, and reset the venue. We ask that at least one parent stay to help with breakdown and cleanup. Your help makes a huge difference and allows us to return the venue to its original condition as quickly as possible.
Thank you for helping us make these camps and productions possible!
ATTENTION POTENTIAL CAMPERS — MUST READ!
1. EVERYONE WHO SIGNS UP IS IN THE SHOW! So don’t stress! For our theatre camps, anyone ages 5–18 can sign up, although some of our other camps have different age requirements. On occasion, we will accept a 4-year-old who is up to the challenge — reach out to us and we’ll be happy to chat about it! For theatre camps, campers must not be older than 18 on the final show day.
2. GET TO KNOW THE SHOW BEFORE CAMP! Listen to as much of the show and its music as you can before camp begins. When available, we provide access to the music through a YouTube link, so it is VERY important that campers become familiar with the music before camp. Depending on the production, scripts will usually be provided on the first day of camp to roles that require them. Some roles will NOT require a script. Occasionally, scripts may be distributed before camp, particularly when we are able to cast the show early.
3. CAMP IS A FULL-WEEK, INTENSIVE — AND FUN — THEATRE EXPERIENCE! Throughout the week, campers work together to bring an entire production to life, and at the end of the week you get to see all of that hard work come together in a full-scale live production. You can expect the same production quality from both our JR. and KIDS shows — we do not scale back the quality of our productions. Tickets to the live performances are sold separately.
4. WHAT DOES THE CAMP FEE INCLUDE? Your theatre camp registration fee helps cover the venue, mentors, royalties, scripts for roles that require them, most costume items, director, music director, choreographer, and technical production. It takes a village! You may be asked to provide simple personal costume items such as shoes, leggings, or similar basics. Your camp registration does NOT include tickets to the live performances. For our non-theatre camps, such as CRAFTOPIA, necessary supplies such as art and craft materials are provided.
5. THE $35 ADMINISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Your total camp fee includes a $35 non-refundable administration fee. This fee remains non-refundable even if a camp is cancelled.
6. HEALTH, ILLNESS & MASKS: Masks are optional unless a mask requirement or ordinance is in effect. This is a no-judgment zone, and families are welcome to make the choice that is right for them. COVID-19 and other infectious illnesses are an inherent risk when participating in group activities. Please assess those risks before registering and make sure you are comfortable with your camper participating in camps, shows, rehearsals, and related activities. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for absences or cancellations due to illness. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with these activities.
7. CAMP REGISTRATION DOES NOT INCLUDE SHOW TICKETS. When you register your camper, the registration you are purchasing is for CAMP attendance only. Tickets to the live performances are sold separately through our website.
8. PLEASE READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS. You can access our full Terms & Conditions using the button below. They are updated periodically and are subject to change without notice, so please review the current terms when registering.
9. SEASON PASS: We offer a Season Pass covering all eligible camps at a discounted rate. The Season Pass is valid for the scheduled dates of each included camp and is the best-value camp option we offer.
10. CAMP MINIMUMS & POSSIBLE CANCELLATION: We have never had to do this, but each camp must receive enough registrations to make the program viable. Minimum enrollment requirements are determined by TTT on a camp-by-camp basis. If a camp does not receive sufficient enrollment, TTT reserves the right to cancel that camp. If TTT cancels a camp, you will receive a full refund minus the $35 non-refundable administration fee. If you choose to withdraw your camper from a camp, our standard sliding-scale cancellation and refund policy applies. Please see the refund information below for details.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING
PAYMENT - All camp payments are due in full at the time of registration.
We offer one camp coupon: TTTSeason8, which gives you $15 off camp registration. The coupon is valid until the camp begins and must be entered at checkout when registering. If you forget to apply the coupon at checkout, we cannot apply it retroactively or refund the $15 afterward. Please double-check that your coupon has been applied before completing your registration.
CAMP CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Once you have registered for camp, the following cancellation policy applies if your camper is no longer able to attend:
100+ days before the first day of camp: You will receive a refund of your registration payment, minus the $35 non-refundable administration fee and a $50 cancellation fee. No exceptions.
51–99 days before the first day of camp: You will receive a refund of your registration payment, minus the $35 non-refundable administration fee and a $100 cancellation fee. No exceptions.
50 days or less before the first day of camp: NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
TRANSFERRING TO ANOTHER CAMP
Instead of cancelling, you may request to transfer your registration to another available camp within the same season, provided there is another suitable camp available and space remains. There is no cancellation penalty for an approved camp transfer.
LIVE SHOW TICKETS
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable for any reason. Before completing your purchase, please triple-check the show date, show time, and number of tickets you are purchasing. If you accidentally purchase too many tickets, select the wrong performance, or can no longer attend, we are unable to issue a refund. Please feel free to pass your tickets along to family or friends who can enjoy the show in your place — they’ll thank you!
By completing your registration or ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable payment, cancellation, and refund policies above.
